The Sculptural Landscapes team created a design response to meet the builder’s strict budget, with bespoke landscaping style. With the property being located in a desirable school zone the outdoor spaces needed to work for a family with children of varying ages.
Screening and raised garden beds were strategically positioned to delineate the spaces and create semi private zones. Two car parking spaces were required without dominating the space. A range of ground surfaces were chosen to suit areas of different function. The whole landscape was completed with various plantings to compliment the spaces.
This project was about the revamp of an old house with a fresh garden to go with it for resale purposes. Getting the landscaping right is an essential element to achieve a positive return on investment.
